Some organisations need more than a proof of concept. They need AI running across the whole company, with people and agents working to the same plan, the same knowledge and the same rules. Switch On is our programme for exactly that, delivered on RedOS, the AI operating system from our partner redfirst.ai, which we resell and support.
RedOS gives each client its own isolated instance, a fail-closed access gate so an agent can only do what a person in that role could do, and spend controlled per agent and per workflow. It is not a chat seat or a CRM feature, and it is not self-serve: a certified consultant installs it and is accountable for the outcome.
What RedOS is
- Red Command. The control surface where humans and agents work together: dashboards, connections, agents, workflows, approvals and settings in one place.
- Red Agents. Named workers with a role, a budget, an owner and an approval gate, run on a schedule.
- Red Core. Company memory you can ask questions of, with answers that show their sources, and knowledge that stays when someone leaves.
- Red Net. Outward listeners and signals that inform priorities without flooding memory with noise.
- Red Ops. Repeatable workflows that come out the same way every time.
How Switch On runs
Four stages, in order, each one designed to end. Our names for them are below; redfirst.ai call them the Red Brief, Red Eye and Red Embed.
- Lightbulb session (half a day). Live on your business, for a fixed fee, with an exposure report prepared from public sources before the session and a wargame of three futures: a competitor attacks, you defend as you are today, you defend with AI. You leave knowing whether the rest is worth doing.
- Switch On (30 days). Thirty days on your own instance that end with RedOS live: a live pain removed, savings that cover the cost, and a piece of deferred work finally done.
- Build Out (optional). The agents, listeners and workflows your business uniquely needs, approval-gated and pointed at your goals.
- Lights On (ongoing). The licence continues; the build does not. A certified consultant stays accountable for the outcome.
